Schedule a Consultation
A 45–60 minute conversation. Complimentary. Confidential. No sales pitch — just honest dialogue about your situation, our methodology, and whether there’s a fit.
What to Expect
This is not a sales call. It’s a working conversation between you and Dr. Silva — direct, candid, and structured around whether our approach actually fits your situation.
Logistics
- Duration: 45–60 minutes

After our conversation

On Confidentiality

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to prepare anything before the consultation?
No formal preparation is required. Coming in with a clear sense of what’s prompting the conversation — the situation, what you’ve tried, what success would look like — makes the call more useful. But we can also start cold and work it out together. Whatever you have is enough to begin.
Who from our organization should be on the call?
The first conversation is typically between Dr. Silva and the leader sponsoring the potential engagement — a CEO, COO, CHRO, founder, or board member, depending on the situation. If you’d like to include another leader, you’re welcome to. We’d recommend keeping the first call small to allow for candid dialogue.
What happens if you decide we’re not a fit?
We’ll tell you directly, and explain why. Where possible, we’ll suggest alternative firms or approaches that might be better suited to your situation. We’d rather lose an engagement than take on work we’re not the right firm for — it’s worse for you, and it’s worse for us in the long run.
Will the consultation create any obligation?
No. The complimentary consultation is exactly that — a conversation. There’s no commitment to proceed, no follow-up sales pressure, and no obligation of any kind. If there’s a fit and you want to explore further, we’ll propose a clear next step. If not, the conversation ends there with no expectation of further contact.
How quickly can an engagement start once we agree to proceed?
Phase 1 diagnostic work can typically begin within two to four weeks of agreement. Larger engagements may require longer lead time to assemble the right network team. Urgent situations — active integration challenges, immediate leadership transitions — can sometimes be accommodated faster. We’d rather start at the right time than at the fastest time.
Whether we’re the right fit or not, the first conversation is the right place to find out.
Schedule the call. Bring the situation. We’ll handle the rest of the conversation from there.
